This project was entrusted to us by the developer, in which we had to evaluate it in stages of suitability for bidding and suitability for construction, coordinate the building, and facilitate interferences to avoid clear cost overruns in the work.

The project was a newly built residential building of about 15,000 m2, developed in conjunction with the QUANAM company.
